The new Mauser m18 deserves a look. I handled one today and the operation and feel was much better than the A bolt, Win XPR, Savage Axis, Ruger American and T/C Compass that were with it in the rack. Slickest one on that rack was an old Colt Sauer- remember those?

I own a few different brands but I like my a-bolt eclipse hunter in 308,very smooth action,great trigger and very lite also I love the thumbhole stock on it
