I've had a good chance to test my homemade vibrator and it works great. Brass polishes up better than I thought it would. Soon I'll have brass to offer to trade if anyone is interested. I want to finish cleaning everything first. I also want to say thanks to everyone that helped with info on building my case vibrator.

    Again Thanks everyone.

I made a rotary tumbler after going through two motors on my vibe type. Bearing shot in both.
I made one out of a 4 gal pale. Added some stainless paddles
a steel plate was welded to a 3/4" dia. shaft shaft is going through two pillow blocks.
Motor is a gearmotor connected through a Joy coupler.
unit is mounted at about a 30 deg off horz. This unit runs maybe 72 hrs a week for 15 years now w/o a single breakdown.
