500 Linebaugh MiHec .512 LFN Style 440 grain with Cramer HP

This will be the official list for the 2 cavity Cramer HP mold for the 500 Linebaugh. This will be a plain base bullet that drops approximately 440 grains as a solid and 412 as a HP. It will come with two set of pins. One larger hollow point and one slightly smaller, both round and not a pentagon. I will update with a drawing when I have one available. I'm thinking that the price will be about $110 shipped based off of previous buys but it should be in that ballpark. Sign up will last for 6 weeks. Please include your email camoflauged as listed in this post. Thanks.

here is a drawing from 45 2.1 from below. Thanks again 45!!!

UPDATE....MIHA SAYS HE WILL MAKE THE EXTRA BLANK PINS THAT ARE FLUSH TO THE BOTTOM OF THE MOLD. I'VE ADDED THE ONES THAT HAD MENTIONED THEY WOULD LIKE THEM TO THE LIST. IF YOU DON'T SEE IT NEXT TO YOUR NAME AND WOULD LIKE IT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. THANKS. GS

    Something to look at:
    0.382" meplat = diameter - 0.130" = LBT LFN

these big bullets sure are hard to sell. Some of us may have to buy more than one mold to get this one on!!!

I would love to have one, but it is getting close to Christmas, and I have to use my discretionary income for presents. Maybe I will get a good Christmas bonus this year.

Understanding that Miha can vary diameter, is there any way this could be based upon a 0.502-504" sized cherry and then oscillate to obtain .512"? I don't understand how much room he has in this regard but it would seem a good way to widen the appeal. I'd like this design for a 500S&W.

Yes, it is quite possible to do that with a PB boolit, but not the GC variety due to the GC shank varying with diameter. I don't understand how much room he has in this regard but it would seem a good way to widen the appeal.

    Makes perfect sense.

edit: however does that really matter in the context of this group buy?

Hmmmmmm........... These so called group buys often turn into a GC option GB also, so Yes, it does matter most of the time and keeps the bandwidth down explaining it when a related question is asked. BTDT.......................

I'm still in. If he wants to make a second one deeper for a heaver bullet for a rifle, I would buy one of those too if that helps the order count.
