    C358-180-RF/Lubomatic adjustment

Gentleman, I have(or dad I should say) has adjusted the rod up and down and can only lube both lube grooves if a second bullet is seated in the die. I havent had a chance to make it over there to see whats going on but can anyone give any advice? Thanks in advance.....Steve.

The top punch is too short, use a longer one.
