Any way to fix?

So I've been away from casting for many years and my stash has dwindled to the point that I need to start casting again. I'm using the same alloy as before however something is amiss with my mold now. The bullets are coming out uneven, not ob-longed, but actually uneven. I'm ensuring the mold is even when it's closed however nothing I do seems to work. I've already contacted Lee about it and they want me to send it in and I'm sure I'll get their standard 50% discount, however I wanted to see if there was anything I could do before I did that on my end. actually it looks like only one of them is pushed in.
as you push it out it will pull the halves back together.

So I took the advice and it absolutely worked. I penned both pins and was able to successfully cast almost 1000 rounds this evening! PC'd about 1/3 of them and had to take a break. But I appreciate the feedback and help!
