I was wondering if the "today" feature could be either

the "showposts=1" is a little difficult to look at for me.
"get new" should set them up as all the posts since your last visit instead of the last day.

the showposts 1 has to be there in order to view the actual posts and not just the post topics..
Viewing just the topics is a preference. I scan the topics and choose the post I want to read. It speeds up the forum surfing.
I like the Today feature as I can read latest posts until I get back to where I have already read---except recently was out of town several days,so I missed a few. I miss this feature at ACCURATE for example. There,it's so big and covers so many topics I would skim by most anyways.
