    I'd buy some. I like R.A.T. Formula or 45-45-10.

the myriad of names is endless ... rat lube doesnt sound bad or even RTL ( recluse's tumble lube ) trying to think of something that's catchy and sells isnt always easy tho lolz i have to admit that i didnt much care for the mess of LLA so much so that i wouldnt use it ,recluse's recipe and instructions made it quite a bit better ,the first batch was a learning experience i learned that i dislike cooking it down lolz so the second batch i really cooked down to nothing but the wax ( took quite a bit tho -like 3 days umm part time over a weekend ) and saved half for the next batch
    back to names ...

"tired of the mess and waiting for liquid lube to dry ? try ...( ummm) [insert accepted name here ]

    RTL ( recluse's tumble lube)
LMF ( less muss and fuss )

EZ LUBE ( self explanatory )

    edit for add.....
    i keep coming back to

    RT LUBE

( rt would also be short for " the Right Lube " at least for a sales pitch lolz )

Far be it from me to offer to name a product of the hard work of others. My complaint was of things like a ML lube made of the cheapest ingredients, filled with a product that was so stinky with wintergreen(?) even a sinus plagued deer 600 yards down wind could smell it, and which had nothing to do with muzzleloading except sales promotion (and how about the yellow # 2) and then the later ignorance of those who thought of "holy black"as cool or cute or whatever, if they thought at all.

Can anyone even conceive of Harry Pope naming his famous Schuetzen lube something like "Harry's Smut Dirty Bullet Grease", or another fellow so proud of his product as to call it SPG SNOT, or even Emmeret's SNOT. NO ! Don't do it.

With a bit of luck, the product may do well comercially and should have a respectable name. Some how I just know that things like xxxSNOT will not stand the test of time. Anyone can make SNOT. Would it not be nice to see a good lube, well named, being used 25 years out? BvT
Every lawbreaker we allow into our nation, or tolerate in our citizen population leads to the further escalation of law breaking of all kinds and acceptance of evil.
Since almost all aspects of our cultural existence are LIBERAL in most states, this means that the nation is on a trajectory to dissolution by the burden of toleration and acceptance of LAWBREAKING as a norm, a trajectory back to the dark ages of history.

Baron, if you find our discourse on half-serious catchy names offensive, go check out a different thread. I'm sure Mr. Larsen and Mr. Recluse will come up with something appropriate, and if you don't like it don't buy it.

    How about Brown Recluse Juice?
I would like to try some but will also be ordering some LA anyway since I have the paste wax already.

Pretty catchy, accurate description, and not offensive.

I like it. Maybe just "Recluse Juice"? It IS brown, though. Where is Recluse, anyway?

I'm using 45/45/10 the 10 being Beeswax. It dries right away. I put it on with the boolits and lube warm.

    I wouldn't mind trying the new product. I cast for 44mag, 30/30.
I mite be thinking too much. For the new caster if he saw the numbers 45/45/10 he mite think its only for the 45. Just my 2cents. I suppose i would go for the letter acronym of the names

I like Recluse Juice or R.A.T. Lube...

Whatever you pick for a name, it will sell if it works as well as the home made batches of JPW I've been using.

I like the idea of being able to buy a proper lube without having to cook and stir and measure. Sounds like a great idea. Call it what you want, I like RTL.

    b.t.w.
mixed with some b-wax it changes the whole ball game, but is also an excellent lube that dries very hard and stays put.
oddly it still produces an excellent lube star on rifle bbls.
