    Thumbs up Redding Customer Service

I recently traded for a TC Contender barrel in a wildcat caliber. The owner offered a set of dies as part of the deal, but said that he had lost the decapping assembly. The price was right even needing to replace parts so I took them. I then called Redding and said I needed to get a new expander ball, decapping rod, and pins. The gentleman looked up the parts numbers and then said he'd send them right out at no charge. That was Tuesday, and they got here today. It doesn't get much better than that.
