We had 12 today so 2 full lines. It was a beautiful day here in central florida. We secured the shooting bays and put everything away just in case we get any high wind from the hurricane, hopefully it will be west enough from us so we won’t substain any damage.

We did not get any damage from the storm, no wind and 1 1/2 inches of rain. Basically just a normal Florida rain storm. One of our lady shooters was struggling with her shooting so we spent 3 hours sighting in her S &W model 27. Once we got the sights set we played a game and she was right on making good shots and even hitting the fuzzy butt shots, she said that she is confident with her shooting now. Then the best part, we went to eat and have a few cold ones. What a great day, I got to shoot and eat and drink. I love this game.
    See you at the range.

So got to shoot with wifey Tuesday, she really shoots great, we had 11 6 on the big and 5 on the small, I was fortunate to shoot another perfect game, and did it on one of the hardest if not the hardest game we play, to say Im excited is an understatement! Work day Friday moving the rifle range and I was told to a 200 yarder to boot. Love this game love this group!

Yep Big Bird can run a skid steer. He did a amazing job. Thank you very much. Got me a boat so been absent working on it. I didn’t miss shooting but spare time has been dedicated to getting her up to snuff.
She was stored inside for the past 10 years so almost like new condition. Mainly trailer needing new stuff.
Maiden voyage should be in a week or so.

Pee Wee: Get that boat running smooth. I'll be down in Oak Hill the 24th of Oct. for the winter. I'll follow you around and learn where the fish live. LOL Gp

Sounds good to me, big bird fishes in different places than I do so we can explore all kinds of places.
Boat is in shop now getting new cables and motor serviced and new spot lock trolling motor, dual battery system, new Garmin detector with more features than I’ll be able to figure out, and a good checking out,
We had eight shooters Saturday, big bird showed up late and shot last game but forgot his glasses and used readers and still shot a game where he almost shot a perfect game, hit a target but it didn’t go down. This week we are shooting Tuesday and then Saturday we are having a tournament, playing a poker run. This is a fun tournament. See you at the range.

Had eight shooters today, so 4 and 4 on two lines. Eddie forgot his guns, so I lent him one of mine. He just couldn’t hit with it, so big bird gave him one of his to try and still struggled with it and fouling so he just started calling animal shots which is a foul and low and behold he hit everyone of them. Now Eddie is one of the best shots out there and I’ve been shooting with him for 11 years and never saw him foul more than once all day, he fouled I think 14 times in one game. I ll bet he never for gets his guns again.but a great time was had by all and Eddie was happy anyway.

To my personal opinion making competition fun is why one would go to a"SHOOT".

Yes, there is all that serious competition but that is for those other guys.

Methinks I would have to work on my guns, boolits and loads to shoot in the "lawn" matches!
