    Lapping a sizing die....

    Does anyone have the link to the thread about lapping sizind dies?
    I did a search but my search-fu must be way weak as I found everything but.
    I'm pretty sure I know what needs doing but hey, no sense in re-inventing the wheel if others have blazed the way.

    Thanks gents, I need to work on my search skills....saw plenty on leementing and folks complaining about undersized but nothing on how to fix. You both nailed it thanks.

    Got a .410 that has always throw just a hair fat which I like...new shooter needs a little more fat on the bands...off to the shop!

    Just wrap a dowell in some sandpaper, and stick it in your drill press, and with some cutting oil, it will lap out in a jiffy.
