I've used it in the past, years ago, before I switched over the almost exclusively to Felix Loob. I still have one lubrisizer loaded with it and use it only occasionally. I never pushed it really hard in rifle calibers, maybe up to 2K fps in 30-30, '06. I did a bunch of 257421 for a fella years ago for cowboy shootin' with OM, and he did just fine with it. Will I use it again? Yes, but it's not first choice. If I were to be offered some cheap, I would take it, but will not pay retail for it - not when I can make and tailor Felix loob to my needs.
It ain't rocket science, it's boolit science.

It worked fine in 38/357. I use carnuba red now, but wouldn't hesitate to use orange magic again if I got a good deal on it.

You use Carnuba Red in 38 and 357 boolits. How does it work? I thought it was for rifles and other higher velocity rounds.

I use carnuba red for everything. It works and being an old yankee, I believe in the old yankee saying "if it works, don't fix it!"

I have used C. Red in everything also.it just plain works so why not?

I have used Orange Magic softened with a little vasoline in everything also...it works real well so softened, but it is a bit too pricey and Larsons lubes work real well and are alot cheaper. C. Red was my "goal" when I started to seriously play witch doctor in making my own lubes. My homemade lube is real similar but just a tad softer than C.Red. 20-20 Hindsight being what it is....I COULD HAVE BOUGHT A 3 LIFETIME SUPPLY OF C.RED FOR WHAT I SPENT IN MY "LABORATORY".

I've used it in handguns and it worked fine, just a little pricey. C Red is good and I also like the Magma hard lube. It's priced right when you buy it buy the pound.

CR works great in everything I shoot. (38/357, 303, 44spl) I use it in everything because it works well, is inexpensive, & I'm too lazy to clean out the lubesizer when I change boolits.
