That coming from 45Nut???? I can't believe it!!

22 RF or center fire?? I shoot both. I am trying to get my single six converted to center fire. 22 RF ammo of any kind, is two expansive, and hard to find.

    Several different ones actually,
    Remington 540X
    Marlin model 60
JC Higgins bolt action, don't know the model number
    Ruger 5.5 MkI
    Ruger 5.5 MkII
    Beretta NEOS
Erma PK 22, looks a little like a mini 1911

.22's are cheaper to shoot and are a fun change of pace. I have an old
Savage bolt action that was my Grandpa's, it is missing the mag and I
can't find a model number anywhere on it.

    I have a few...

Winchester M69A...A real tack driver and lets out just a whisper with sub-sonic ammo.

Ruger 10/22...Left it as-is right out of the box, with the exception of an old Weaver 2.5X scope, it's my feral cat gun.

    Mossberg M42B...My summer kitchen gun.

Rossi Gallery Carbine...My kitchen door gun.

Remington 512...Dad bought that for me when I was a kid.

Ruger MkI standard 6" bbl and fixed sights...Just a fun gun.

.22rf conversion unit for my 1911A1...Shoots better than it should.

And a plethera of .22s long gone. The one I miss the most is the mid-sized Beretta M70 for some reason.

My brother gave me the opportunity to buy his Winchester M52D some years back, but the dog-gone thing weighs as much, or more than my heavy bbl. .308! I said, "No thanks! Got no use for a gun that heavy that don't launch an explosive projectile!"

Me too, I shoot as many 22s as I do the bigger calibers. In almost as many varieties of firearms.

I have a couple of S&Ws, a couple of Winchester 1890s and several bolt rifles. No lever rifles yet. My current favorite would be the Ruger 77/22 I rebarreled with a Winchester M52 barrel.

I am working on gettting a 22 barrel for my Ballard.
Knowledge I take to my grave is wasted.

I prefer to use cartridges born before I was.

Success doesn't make me happy, being happy is what allows me to be successful.

I have many .22's. They are great guns to have at the range for shooting while I take a break from whatever else I am shooting. My daughter Emma has laid claim to all my .22's and at this point I keep buying .22's for me to shoot and her to own.

Huh. Seems to me I recall putting an idea about a 22RF section out there that got shot down, violently. Must be he means 22 CAST.

I was given a Mossberg 46B in a box just parts and no two pieces together, said for me to use as parts he was tired of trying to put together. Well in an hour I had it together and went to the range. One hole at 25 yds made my day now I am going to get the scope mount or the peep that goes with the old mossbergs.

LOTS of 22 rimfires here, and several more scattered among daughters and nephews. I hear ya, No. 1!
I don't paint bullets. I like Black Rifle Coffee. Sacred cows are always fair game. California is to the United States what Syria is to Russia and North Korea is to China/South Korea/Japan--a Hermit Kingdom detached from the real world and led by delusional maniacs, an economic and social basket case sustained by "foreign" aid so as to not lose military bases.

    I have a couple.

    Remington 512 bolt
Ruger 10/22 Rifle(Not the ugly little carbine stock)
    Marlin 25mn .22WMR

My dad also has a couple that I claim as mine, and I shoot them more than anyone else.

    Henry .22Lever Youth
    Ruger 10/22(about 40 years old)
Stevens Model 66(used to be my G-pa's)

Had a Ruger 22/45, but didn't care for it. Wanting to get a Single-Six.

One of the most endearing sights in the world is the vision of a naked good-looking woman leaving the bedroom to make breakfast. Bolivar Shagnasty (I believe that Lazarus Long also said it, but I can't find any record of it.)

Mmmm... lets see. 2 Ruger single six's,Walther P22, Colt Peacemaker,Serling auto,High Standard Sportking,Conversion for Glock22, at least 3 marlin 39a's maybe more, I'd have to look. 2 Ruger 10-22's, a Steven's single shot that was the first firearm I ever bought. I think that's it... It's hard to remember these things as we get older... maybe I'd better chech on those.
