    Need extractor replaced

    I have a remington 788 243, its extractor needs replaced but the ring of steel in front of the boltface is chipped. I heard this is common and it needs a sako style extractor now. does anyone know where I can get this done??

    I would call Accuracy Speaks (at the Rio Salado Spportsman's Club in Mesa).

    They do Sako extractors in Remington 700's. Don't know how that would differ from your 788 bolt.
