For those of you americans, 6.1.2011 is European for Jan 6, 2011. In Europe they reverse the month and day.

skimmerhead. Any word on your mold? I sure understand your fustration as I had to wait over 6 weeks for my last buy. Usually takes 11 days from date of paid invoice. I can just tell you that Miha is a good honest businessman to deal with and I have most of his molds and love them all. If you have to blame somebody, blame the carrier or customs as I am sure Miha has nothing to do with the delay. He always mails the packages next day after receiving payment from my experience and the packages always comes through to me in good shape and they are well packaged. Sure, I was getting worried on this last one but at no time did I have any feelings against Miha. I wish more businesses were run like he runs his. I guess you can tell that I am one of his biggest fans. Don't let this one incident turn you sour on these wonderful molds and I am sure it will show up soon.

There's the news that we have been waiting for.

Postal items from anywhere outside the United States are being slowed down by gov't officials to thwart terrorist activities.

So, any ill feelings should be directed to Homeland Security policies.

There are several other MIHEC group buys which have also shipped, and others are also being patient. How long will we have to wait????

Maybe this announcement of a mold that just arrived is the clue.......

Hicard, the previous experience with 11 days from payment to receipt are OVER.....

The Homeland Security people are forcing postal items to be shipped on a BOAT, and that takes 4 weeks just for the crossing. Then, the boats sit outside some harbor, waiting their turn to unload. Then, they have to clear customs. Then, they get put into the final delivery mode. I'm thinking months will become more normal.

It's the reason that I suggested that Miha move to the U.S. so that he can compete with NOE on a more level shipping field.

Skimmerhead - if you're still following this - I also ordered from Miha's extras on this run, and just got mine just before the situation described above occurred. If you'd like, I cast several with the pentagonal pin, that look really good. I'd be happy to some bullets along gratis, for you to try for now, as it looks like a prolonged wait for USA customers on Miha's group buys. By combining efforts, it appears that amateur terrorists and homeland security professionals have successfully set commerce between Europe and USA back to colonial status. PM me if interested -

    It's around 1 AM there!
The solid soft lead bullet is undoubtably the best and most satisfactory expanding bullet that has ever been designed. It invariably mushrooms perfectly, and never breaks up. With the metal base that is essential for velocities of 2000 f.s. and upwards to protect the naked base, these metal-based soft lead bullets are splendid.
