    7mm lee c285-130 R mould

Iv'e been thinking....god help us all...of getting a 7mm mould and cutting /or getting it cut for a PPatching mould for my 30-30.

Has anyone got a 7mm Lee mould??

I need the dimesions of the bullet it thorws out.
And if you would think it could be deepend a tad.

The listed C285-130 R Lee one.

It looks good but I have nothing more than a picture to go by.

I just measured mine and it throws at .287. I would guess it could go a little deeper but I have one of the older SC ones. It has at least 1/4" more it could go but if you get a DC the blocks could be shallower, I don't really know.

    Thanks moonman76.
How long is the bullet as it is if you have one handy to measure??
I could compare it to othe 30 cal lenght bullets to get an idea of the minimum weight it may throw if bored out.
If it aint too much trouble.

I have that Lee 7mm mould in SC that I tried to modify for slightly larger bullets but I botched the job. It is slightly larger and if you are just going to bore it out anyway, you are welcome to it. I can ship it to you if you like.
