I have a usa shooter mold in "OO" buckshot, my question is, what tool do i need to cut the shot off the stem? Would like the buckshot to be as round as possible.

It ain't the best set up, but I use a pair of roller headed cutters.
Kinda like side cutters, with curved edge.
Flush cutting jewelry tool from the craft dept. at wallyworld.
If you can get the sprues cut close to flush with a pair of flush side-cutters, you can tumble the buckshot to make it round and shiny. I put them in a butter tub in my tumbler, with no media, and leave them overnight. A little pencil lead thrown in with them will coat them with graphite.
Harbor freight or most good hardware stores have side-cutters pretty cheap.
