    Lswc 185 gr bullseye?

Its been about 20 years since I reloaded for my para p14/45 acp and cant find my Hercules load book or current Hercules data
and I would like to know what the MIN AND MAX LOAD with this 185 grain LSWC And Bullseye
also OAL while the book is open- lol

From my old notes it looks like I was loading 4.7 grains with this bullet but I need to know for sure so I can start working a good load up

I'm glad I found this site

Well, my Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook, 3d ed, says start at 3.5 gr (660 fps) and max out at 5.0 gr (890 fps) for a 185 gr 452389. But, not knowing what your bullet looks like, can't give you OAL. I will say, though, with my H&G 68 200 gr SWC, I seat the bullet so that there's about a fingernail's width of shoulder exposed above the case mouth.

Hercules was sold to alliant powder co. years ago. Their web page has some load data, click on the "reloader's guide" bar on the top of the page.

Also Hodgdon's site has loading data for many H / IMR / Win powders
