mossberg 100 atr parts

I traded for a Mossberg 100 atr in 270 this weekend, its a little roughe and the ejector is stuck down in its bore. I have tried everythink I can think of to get it out, with no success. I called Mossberg to try to get a replacement, but they want me to send the rifle to them. As I got it used & abused I don't think it would be a warranty repair. Does anyone know where I could get parts from? Thanks Josh DeLozier

I'm not familiar with this rifle, from your desciption it has a spring loaded ejector, right?

If so, put some penetrating oil on the boltface and tap on the ejector. An electric engraving pencil works very well for this, with the point turned around so the flat end can be put on the part to be freed.
