Can some one help me with a load with the following conditions. I'm casting with the Lee 200 SWC wish to use Win 321 powder in a .45 ACP cartridge? Thanks

Thank you, is this from personal experience; if you don't mind me asking?

Yeppers. Good for 16 pound springs, which are typically standard. If you are looking for a competition BE load, you would go for a faster powder and softer springs. ... felix

Began reloading and casting six or seven months ago. Enjoy the past time, besides it was getting to quiet around here. MIsread the Lee instruction, came with the carbide die set, and started on the light side of 185 swc. Notice the mistake (4.4 grains to begin with) and when I looked for 200 swc cast, well it wasn't there nor in the Allicance manual. Thanks once more.

For an easy shooting load, try 5.0 or 5.1 of 231. It should cycle your gun with standard recoil springs and be an easy shooting and accurate load. You can go quite a bit higher, but it's rarely needed.
The .45 ACP, 231 and cast 200 SWC bullets are like biscuits and gravy, so enjoy!
