Lundmark Liquid Paste Wax Question??? Seal or no seal

I bought a quart of this off Epray and it arrived leaking in the box and no type of tamper proof/peel off seal. I called the manufacturer and the rep did not know if there should be a seal. My question is, does Lundmark Liquid Paste Wax come sealed.

Please don't start opining on this, I am just asking people who have bought this product and know whether or not it came sealed.

I purchased 2 off the shelf of a local Ace Hrd. store, no seals on mine.

I ordered 4 from the sears website. No seal on them.
