    Question RCBS Thermometer...

I was casting yesterday and I noticed I was having problems keeping the melt at an even temperature, or it seemed that way according to my thermometer. I thought maybe the Lee pot went wacky. So I continued the session and put the thermometer aside.

I picked it up 20 minutes later and it said 700 degrees! I am tough, but not that tough!!!

Do you think RCBS will stand behind it and replace it?

Can they be contacted via e-mail or must the be reached via 'phone?

    Thanks,

    BCB

RCBS phone is usually busy, email will be easier. I'm sure they will stand behind their product. If you call, try early....soon as the phone lines open.

"DITTO" on the E mail, be polite, explain everything in detail that happened. RCBS has the best Rep. in service that I know of.

You have to be on the phone right after they open. That's when I have had my best success. They are popular.
