It is spec'd to drop from the mold at .434. Sizing it down to .432 in a lubesizer or push through sizer would be very easy to do.

How far down can you go, is .002" the most you want to go in a sizer? Also is it a big deal if the bullet is .002-3" too large? I know the ideal is supposed to be .001" bigger than the bore, but is more a bad thing for accuracy or leading?

Actually, instead of .001 larger than bore, you should look for that larger than groove diameter.



As an example, my 8mm mauser barrel slugs at .3235 for groove diameter and .3140 for bore diameter. I size to .325.

A thousandths or so larger is no big deal for the gun. The barrel will be the ultimate sizing die. Some times though, the thousandths larger or smaller can make a large difference in accuracy. As long at you size to at least groove diameter, you have a good place to start.

I"m new to custom molds (actually, pretty new to casting, in general) but the one thing I've learned through two MiHec orders is to expect to wait a very, very long time for a mold. The MiHecs were worth the wait and and hope these prove equally worthwhile.
