Hello to all who are on my waiting list for WW ingots.

First: I plan to send a PM to those on the waiting list for WW ingots (cast from clip on wheel weights). This does not apply to "stickies". Only clip on WW ingots. This PM will pertain to the "second" thought listed directly below.

Second: I have beautiful molds from rayinNH..... and I plan to cast the WW clip on lead into Ray's molds.

Dimensions: ingot size 6 x 2.75 x 1.5 inches thick (approximately). And when lead is poured to the top, the approximate weight is 4.75 pounds.

I will attach a picture of Ray's mold.

Again, this post is for those on the waiting list for clip-on WW ingots; and before I start casting, I want to be sure that Ray's mold is OK with everyone. If the approx. weight of 4.75LBS is not suitable, I can do short pours to obviously decrease the weight.

Casting time will soon be at hand; I have decided to use rayinNH's molds. Some people on the waiting list wrote back, and basically indicated the choice is mine. So, to keep my life simple, I plan to cast ALL WW clipons using Ray's molds.

I am presently in the sorting phase. Been picking through approx. 650 LBS of "raw" WW's: separating out lead from non-lead WW's, lug nuts, screws, valve stems, etc. etc. I hope to cast all of this stuff up within the next week or so. And, due to "being oncall", I could get a call at any time from a customer to have me go to their shop, weigh, and pay - - so perhaps I will be getting more WW's soon!

I have added you to my list.... but not sure if I will have enough WW clipon ingots to satisfy all on the list. When doing the weigh ins, I forgot to take into account the weight of the clips!! And the non-meltable stuff too obviously takes away from the actual yield of finished ingots.

I will report back after I have all WWs smelted into ingots and then start the packing/shipping phase. For those who can't wait, this is OK; I will simply move on down the list.
