    Sweet Spot

Montana Charlie, tried your method of finding the sweet spot, went back and forth half a dozen times to be sure. As you said, just using my knuckle, it was very audible. Much obliged, Circuit Rider

    MC,

I also used that method and it was right where it was supposed to be. When I shoot the Sharps I almost always shoot off of sandbag rests, so the sweet spot for shooting sticks was never an issue. But, now I know where it is and how to find it! Thanks!

I don't even own any stix, and all of my shooting is off of a sandbag. Still, I rest on the sweet spot...just to stay in the habit.

I plan to build some stix one of these days...

Montana Charlie, thanks for the info. I tried it on my hiwall today & it was right where you said it would be. Need to give this a try instead of my rest & get off the forearm.
