I don't think that Lee-menting takes off much metal at all, but it might help a bit. Nonetheless, shoving it through a Lee .309" sizer to apply the gas check will true it up nicely.
CTL stands for Gas-checked Tumble Lube, so simply tumble-lube it lightly in LLA, size/check it and tumble lube it again. Load when dry.

Depending on which way it is out of round beagleing might work but I personally wouldn;t worry about it.
