.30 caliber gas checks are correct for 7.62 caliber rifles. What specific caliber are you loading for?

You answered your own question. The .30 cal. is 7.62 in metric language. For instance, the 7.62 NATO cartridge is our .308 Winchester. Sorry if this isn`t clear as mud, but is the best answer I could think of in a hurry.Robert

I use the .30 cal checks on my X39 and X54r, they work fine.

What mold are you using for the GC X54r and what rifle are you shooting them in? I am looking at starting to cast for one of my Nagants that has a very nice non-pitted bore.

I'm using the Lee C312-185-1R intended for the .303 Brit. and the C312-155-2R intended for the 7.62X39.

    I'm shooting them in a Polish M44.
