Bought some H&G handles and they would not fit. He took a personal check and held it until it cleared (at my suggestion). I sent a PM and he said send it back. I was away on business so I couldn't do it right away. After a week, I sent it back. He received it and his computer ran out of ink and didn't get the refund out for a few days. He even paid for the shipping.
All the while, he stayed in touch. Communication is the key to a good sale and a good business deal regardless of how it turned out.
