Well guys i about had to go to the hospital last night when I got home......There were some big boxes laying by my front door.........I opened them and there were a bunch bullet molds........So they are finally here.

I am leaving in about an hour for vacation and will be back on August 13th.. I'll cast up some that night and if all is well I'll start shipping them the next morning (14th).. I opened up a few and they look good and cut clean no burrs.

Jballs918........... P.M me your new address so I have when I get back

    Lee 358-75 gn wc

    Hey Ya'll
Just checked the old thread and it seems that JD has received our molds ! BUT for some strange reason the thread is locked. What's up with that ?
Maybe I'll see mine before the snow flys..

You are right. That is pretty strange that it is closed. Maybe one of the moderators will let us know what the deal is. It is almost hard to believe that this group buy is here. Too bad about the timing on Jeremy's vacation, but having waited this long, another two weeks is nothing.

Maybe it was locked for fear as to what some of the comments might be since they (molds) will remain undeliverd for at least 2 more weeks. Actually probably another month as the vacation is 2 weeks, and I really don' t expect any urgency on JD's part when he returns home...

Once the molds get delivered, there might be a few comments posted indicating one's true thoughts on this entire escapade of over 2(?) years...

My first and last group buy FOR SURE...BCB

    Hey Ya'll,
Probably won't be my last group buy if I see something I like I'll go for it.. I think it's just one of those things that happen. Just mis-communications and assumptions and a market for reloading supplies that is off the charts. Sometimes these kinda things happen.. I'm just glad that there doesn't appear to anything nefarious about all the goings on's...

Luck of the draw. Hope he has a great vacation and the complaints are very limited. I want mine and I don't want to wait longer than I have to. JD didn't plan his vacation to coincide with the delivery. It's life. (and my normal luck) I'll live. After all, I'm used to it.

I checked on the lock down. It was locked because (I was told) that a 22 page thread didn't sit well in the servers (puter) gullet. And I can belive that. I reread it the other night and got a whopper of a head ache ....

Thanks Hillbilly, that is good to know. I wonder if the mods can add one more message to the old one with a link to this one. I just hope Jeremy finds this one when he gets back tomorrow. Or maybe he will start an alltogether new one.

I wonder if anyone has tried any separators between stacked boolits like this? A sheet of paper, a tiny flat wad of dacron, etc. It's something I'll try once the moulds arrive.

Well, if you have cast some boolits already with them, you must have time on your hands.

Why don't you get them in the mail today and tomorrow.

Or will it be raining and you will be too busy and wet on Monday?

It's always a good idea to test cast a few to make sure LEE didn't drop the ball. Apparently they didn't. JD, mail mine last if you have a choice, as I am going on vacation next week anyway. I have 3 coming, 2 for myself and one for Mr. Laitenen in Finland. Thanks for your efforts as Honcho. I have done it 3 times and packaging and mailing is always the most difficult and time consuming part.

By all means, test cast using some random selection.
You can send me one that has been tested, it's a lot
more important that it be right than virginal.
    I'm just happy they've arrived.
