    modifying vld design bullets?

    i have a perhaps silly question

    what if for the sake of higer B.C. and more consistent shape one was to reform a vld design bullet to a uld rebatted boattail design. say for example take a seirra 155 grn palma matchking and put a rebated boatail on it and in the prcess uniform the meplat. or would one be better off just making them from scratch?
    just thinking aloud

    my new years resolution is to have a more positve outlook but that doesn't mean i cann't expect the @%&#*%@ worst

    Why would you bother? I can only see problems on top of problems.....


    Making them from scratch would be easier without to many hassels
