I allready have enough light bullets for the 4570. I would have liked to see a gas checked version of the groupbuy 410 grain bullet with in a cramer mold. One that with softer alloys would give about 400 grain hollow pointed.

I would like a PB HP at 350 grains like post #19. I would also be in for another possible group buy consisting of a heaver 400-425 grain GC HP like Lloyd Smale suggested. The heavy HP should be compatable with the Marlin 1895. I also shoot a Ruger #1 45-70 and just seat boolits to touch the rifling with no crimp.

    joel0407,
What are you going to shoot Down Under with this boolit... kangaroos?

Yeh mate, sometimes. I have a place close by that has a permit for 150 per month. I doubt it would be possible to shoot that many and if anyone did the permit would soon be recalled. I shoot the odd one mainly for cheap dog meat. Thats against the regulations as they are suposed to be tagged and left where they are shot but I doubt anyone would complain too much about me making good use of the meat.

The couple of places I have close to home are very steep and thick bush and my other two rifles are 270win and 300rum so I need something close and fast for goat size game but I sometime come across the very odd deer.

I prefer a GC design if we have that option.
Jacketed bullets, what a relic. A throwback to the twentieth century. Real men shoot cast.

I need another 45/70 mould like a hole in the head, but it looks like a very useful design and I like those Mihec HP moulds. Count me in for a 2 cavity PB version.

joel - you may want to clarify specs of the GC version, specifically the target weight - I assume the GC shank will be added to the existing design ??
