By the way, I have a good buddy who uses Linux and he is quit content to curse Gates everyday...

How do I get Quick Target from metric units to SAE units? I've changed them to SAE in the Sight-in Set-up Window, but the Calculation Window still shows metric units...

    Thanks...BCB

    This should do it.

First Click the "Main Menu" item.

Then Click on the "Options" menu item.
Then Select "Set units output to.
Then check the "English Units" item.

Did that but it still does the metric stuff in the calculations. I had trouble with this one other time if I remember correctly. Sort of makes the 'scope adjustments worthless. I think it mostly has to do with Windows 10 which is garbage at best, but about all that is available to the layman computer guy like me...

    Thanks...BCB

My version is V.3.9 that is about 6 months old and it does not have CFE BLK.

I understand this is hands down one of the best tools out there for any reloader. But at $150, is it really worth it?

I feel it is a good deal. I load a lot of wildcats and it helps me set up a new cartridge and play what if. It's not the Gospel but it does get you in the ball park.

3.9 is the latest. To update in the future you need to order the data update disc. As usual there is no list about what’s been updated from the previous version. Unless you’re using new powders it’s usually not worth it. A lot of the newer powders won’t be added at any point.

Can who has Quickload run some loads for me? I have a 9.3x57 and was given multiple pounds of IMR4350. If it is possible to run that cartridge with the 265gr bullet I'd appreciate it. Given that this thread is so long, and I hade to use the search engine to find it, I'd appreciate a PM with the information if it is possible.

I was also given W760 if loads for that are appropriate.

    Thank You.
