I am new to swaging and I was told that the press is an Herters swaging press Could some one tell me the name? I am also looking for a place to get dies any suggestions?

It could be, I am not that familiar with Herter's presses, but it looks a lot like a old SAS Mity-Mite press. There is a guy on here named Pressman I think who knows a lot about Herters presses and dies. He will probably know for sure.
That one is a Mity Mite press. The frame of the Herter's version (the "9-Ton") was hexagonal in cross-section and blued (or blackened) steel.
Corbin might still make up dies for this press, but they will be custom orders. He changed the die configuration for his version of the Mity Mite (I think he called it the Silver Press) and then discontinued it.
Any of the 5/8x24 dies will fit
