Mihec's new H&G #503 (.44 Keith Style)

Mihec is off to Germany for a few days. He will accept the H&G #503 I proposed upon his return. I have this on another thread but GLL suggested that I needed a new thread with a more appropriate title, now that the design is pretty much "in the can".

The drawing is attached along with a picture. The Cad drawing has been submitted to Mihec and he is getting ready to run these as soon as we have the twenty (20) minimum to run these.

So, folks, step up to the plate and start the preliminary steps right here. When we have the required minimum Mihec will handle the sales in the same manner he did with the #68 H&G mould. The mould will be a six cavity aluminum mould with all of the bells and whistles found on the Mihec #68 H&G mould. The cost will be $80.00 plus $15.00 shipping to your door. Mihec will run this just like he did the #68 mould. He will build the moulds, notify you by Email, and you will use PayPal and the moulds will be shipped immediately.

This is for an as cast diameter of .432" and an estimated weight of 258 grs in Wheel Weight alloy. The dimensions are as drawn.

Do you even need to ask? I'll be in, don't even care about the particulars whether 2,3,4,5,or 6 cavity. Preference would be a 4 holer in iron, but I'll take whatever.

Also how about a to scale, whatever the weight works out to in 45 and 41 too?

The plan is to take them one at a time. We have .38/.357 and .45 in line, and when we get this one "off the ground" we will move to the next one. We don't want to over load Mihec but just try to keep him busy. Mihec's response time has been exceptionally good and we want to build on that.

I have the #503 equivalent in a 4-cavity Ballisti-Cast (#1103) & it is a fine bullet. I look forward to trying it in a 2-cavity hollow point version at some future Group Buy !

I just got an e-mail from Mihec and he is "good to go" with the drawings as soon as we get twenty signed up. So, talk to your friends a be sure that any that want to get on board sign up soon. We don't want this to drag on any longer than necessary. Don't be one of those sad people who wait too long (I've been in that boat, myself - it's NOT fun!).
