    Need load for 7.62x54r

    160 gr cast lead, no gc
    using h4i4 and red dot
    would like both subsonic and supersonic loads. Thanks!

    With powders slower than 4064 or so, one is well advised not to go below minimum loads because of Secondary Explosion Effect (SEE). H414 is a rather slow burning powder, and you will need to push a 160 gr bullet a lot faster than a plain base bullet will accurately go in order to reach minimum loads.

    Red Dot should do nicely for both subsonic and super sonic. This is nothing I've discovered. Read here:
