With powders slower than 4064 or so, one is well advised not to go below minimum loads because of Secondary Explosion Effect (SEE). H414 is a rather slow burning powder, and you will need to push a 160 gr bullet a lot faster than a plain base bullet will accurately go in order to reach minimum loads.
Red Dot should do nicely for both subsonic and super sonic. This is nothing I've discovered. Read here:
