Question Will 33 caliber 90 grain Cu powder bullet stabilize?

The gun I am designing this bullet for is meant to shoot a flat point 110 gr lead bullet at about 700-750 fps.
Do you think it will stabilize a 90 gr copper bullet of the same dimensions, swaged of Cu powder and baked?

Did anybody try that - swaging and baking an all-copper bullet with no jacket?

Yes, it has been done, they are called frangible projectiles. It should work fine, they usually have a plastic binder to hold them together.
