    44mag w/375gr Custom Cast

    I'm looking for some loading data for the 44mag with 375gr Custom Cast bullets.It will be shot through an H&R handi Rifle.

    It's probably a good idea to check the twist on that Handi-Rifle barrel. I believe 44 Mag barrels may have a 1 in 38" twist which makes it hard to stabilize 300 grain bullets under 1600 fps. It would be really hard to get a 375 grain bullet up to those velocities in the 44 Mag case.

    Just a thought...
