    David,

I am assuming that it is "standing" offhand no slings. Correct?

Not this time. Just you and Da gun.

If you have to use a sling, just note it. The idea is to get out and shoot.

I'll try to get all types in.

Next is going to be bench rest.....100 yards.

    Always open to suggestions.

    Sir,

I plan on shooting some this coming weekend, do you want my best 2 targets, or do you want all of them I shoot?

    No Sir here.

Your best would be fine, just shoot.

I will probably take pics of the targets that get mailed to me and post them here unless the shooter sez other wise. You can post them here too.

I may get out on Sunday. It was 58 today, but I had to work. Then I thought I had tomorrow (saturday) off, but too much stuff came in to my shop.

We got till the end of April.

Does it count if you cast the core that you swage into the jacket?

I guess that would be like duct tape, it has a dark side and a light side

    I got the first target

OK folks. I went out and shot.

1917 Winchester Enfield. Not in military form, but barreled action is stock.
Group buy 311407 mold, 13.5 grains Promo (red dot). Issue sights set on 600 and 700 yards.

    OK here come the excuses!

33*f, wind at my back. Shot 10 .... Only 8 holes. Put in 2 more, now 9 holes.
Packed up my stuff and went back to work. After getting home, I found action screws loose. Blue loctite applied. going to give another try. I am taking my self out of the competition, but will continue to post targets.

I don't see why you have to DQ yourself. We are all going to have targets we don't send in. Why should you be different just because you already have the bad ones in hand?

I have a day off work tomorrow, decent weather forecast and I put it on the calendar as a shooting day weeks ago, so SWMBO hasn't scheduled anything over it. I'll be taking my 1894C and a couple boxes of SAECO #353 over 10.5 of 2400. I should have an entry by the end of the day.

    Snip
You don't understand. I have been away for a long time. Its more important to shoot than the score. I NEEDED this. I have been working like a fool with no time off. Now I have a little time to shoot and daym it feels good. Score is not important, just getting out there. More people need to get out there.

Just sending lead down range is all I need. I will run the match and post the targets for those that mail them in. Its all in fun.

Maybe I will enter the Bench Rest match for march......

Just checked out this thread and it sounds like fun. Always wondered what a "postal match" was but was afraid to ask.

Just back from the range. Got a decent effort to send.

You want I should post a scan or do you want to save them for the grand finale?
