    Rifle transfer

    Howdy!
I purchased a rifle for a benefit a few weeks ago and it sold last weekend. I have a LGS that is willing to do the transfer - so I have to be there in person for the transfer? Or can I drop it off?
I generally purchase firearms and leave them at the store for the new owner to pick up under their own name - long story, but didn't happen this time.
    Thank you in advance!

by federal law you can drop it off + have FFL enter into his book - your state laws may differ - check with ffl that will handle the transaction -
never pick a fight with an old man - if he is too old to fight he will just kill you -
in this current crisis our government is not the solution , it is the problem ! -

Dont know your state but in NYS you can move it to the shops books and the new owner can come in when ever they need to and pass a NICS check to take possession. In NYS you would not have to be present. Not sure this helps ........
Stop being blinded by your own ignorance.
