We see it all the time- If his in box is full, nobody can PM him until he cleans it out.

One thing you can do is visit the "Straight Shooters and Deadbeats" section where you'll be confronted by a huge alphabetical list of members who have received accolades for their deals. There are many pages of each letter of the alphabet, so you'll have to click on "H" and then search through the pages until you find his name. Then you can post your "good guy" message. Since his PM mailbox is full you can't leave a message for him without getting him to empty it, so if you can find another of his ads, or wait for one to come along, you can post in it "Hey--Harry, your mailbox is full" and he'll no doubt empty it when he reads it.

You can send them an email. Go to their profile page and there is a Send Email button. Or you can go to a thread where they have posted, and when you click on their name, a dropdown appears and one of the options is send an email.
