This powder measure is in excellent+ condition. I bought it years ago thinking I would prefer it to my older HOR pistol powder measure. However, I had used the HOR for so long and was so use to it, I never warmed up to the Little Dandy. I comes with 7 rotors listed below.
Rotors: #3,#12,#14,#16, which are either new or virtually new.
I altered two rotors to throw specific charges I wanted and none of the factory rotors would throw: one throws 3.4 grains of MY LOT of Bullseye and the other throws 1.6 grains of MY LOT of 700X. Your lots may vary or not, so you need to test weigh before use.
