I am trying to upload some pics and it allowed the first 3 but now it says failed every time i try even a different picture.

I've not encountered that. I've always only done one or two.
However; a quick work-a-round would be to make a post with the three,
then reply to your own post and be able to put in another three.

Too big! If upload fails it is almost always too big. Resize to internet size ie 800x600 or smaller.

I was resizing my pics on my Android phone with an app called Litphoto and it worked well but I recently discovered I could do it with the phone's existing photo editor. In editing mode I have a 3-dot drop down menu that has "resize photo" option with different percentages. The 40% option takes a 6MB pic down to 400KB or so.

When that happens to me, usually the image is too big. Try resizing the pic, and that should solve your problem.
