I'm all out of Unique, but Ive got several lbs of N340. Looks like it's near Unique on the burn rate chart. I'm loading mid-range 480 loads with 330gr and 355gr Montana hard cast. I normally use 10-12grs of Unique but I hate to buy any with all the N340 I have. Thoughts?
Vihtavuori doesn’t show 480 on their app. Usually a kind member here with the quick load program will help out.
Post your over all length for each load, and that helps. Also the length of the projectile. Then the powder space can be calculated.

Well as luck would happen, one of my customers is gonna trade some BE-86 for my N340, which will be a closer match. I'll start there and chrono some loads. FYI PV has BE-86 on sale.
