    Gforce 357mag lever gun

Anybody have one of these? I’m concerned about the aluminum receiver.
Give us a report if you have one or handled one in person.

Can’t get pic to upload, google Gforce arms to see pic.

There is no reason to be concerned about an aluminum receiver in a well-designed gun. For example, Browning has been using aluminum receivers in the BLR and BAR rifles for years.

At half the price of a Ruglin, if I did not already have two Marlins and wanted a gun like that, I would try to find one to handle. I doubt it will be as good, but for a truck gun or fun gun, it does not need to be as slick as a Marlin.

I would like to get one. Looks nice and I am getting older so I like the idea of the light weight.

I emailed them and they confirmed the case-colored version has a steel receiver.

Wow, looks really nice. I've always thought the Turks should get into the levergun business.

I have been looking at these also! My Turk Tisa 1911's may not be the best quality but they function fine and my hands/eyes wouldn't be able to tell the differrenc from a hot rodded one. Strongly trying not to make the purchase so hoping you do and report back positive notes so we can all enjoy.

I would be concerned that wear around the loading gate would have it looking ratty way before it’s time.

What is the twist rate on the barrels? I haven't seen it listed anywhere.
Also on their site, they list a 44mag and 45Colt. Not sure if they are available in the US or not...

I sent them an email asking both questions. They have M-F business week hours so don't expect a reply till Monday at the earliest.

Handled a .410 g force lever. Was just meh in my opinion. Rossi gives me the same sentiment. Nothing wrong just missing something.
