WTB - Beretta 686 6mm Allen Stock Bolt Wrench

Looking for a stock bolt wrench to change the stock on my 686. This is a long 6mm Allen wrench with a T handle. I see Brownells and other places have these for under $30, but thought I would check here first.

You can simply use a ratchet extension. You don’t need a special tool

Yea, but he probably doesn't want to take the butt pad off. Check some local tool shops and see if you can order something in before vending over for the Beretta tool. Got mine from a buddy moving to Krieghoff. They are only 30 bucks at Beretta USA but typical, out of stock.

If it's like my Remington Peerless, a socket mounted hex won't fit down the hole. I would suggest cutting off a 6mm hex key and having somene weld it onto a section of 1/4" rod from the hardware store. Make a T-handle on the rod while you are at it. Would hope that you could find someone to do that free/cheap if you have the parts all prepped. I'd be glad to weld it for free if you want to pay shipping.

They are $5.12 on ebay, free shipping from china just not sure if length will be long enough as total length is only 8 inches: eBay item number:145494362081

Just a 100mm by 6mm bit driver is $2.99: eBay item number:225752428567 You could use it with a bit driver extension: eBay item number:394876173067

I found a Beretta one on Ebay for $20, thanks to all. GregS is correct, my buttpad has three holes.
