CMMG Bravo SS .22 conversion unit, education needed

Midway has them on sale for $159.99, 3 25rd. magazines included. Are they at least somewhat reliable and how accurate are they with decent ammo?

I use them a lot at our rimfire-only range (Bayou Rifles Addicks) using an AR15 with iron sights.
Rings steel silhouettes all day so accuracy is pretty decent.
I mostly use Federal for automatics with no issues.

I have one I use in a cheap ar i planned to teach one of my kids to use. It’s pretty good actually. Beats spending the money to build a dedicated ar-22. Plus I can just swap out the bcg and mags and I’m back to the standard ar15

Not a bad price but for a little over $200.00 you can get a dedicated .22 upper from Bear Creek Arsenal.

I built a dedicated left hand upper with one. I love it. Its a pretty close 1:1 of my my "real" fighting gun.

Yes, I've looked into them. All sold out. .22WMR available though.

I have a .223Wylde BC upper that shoots very well indeed. I may just get on the list for a .22...

I have the CMMG conversion. Bought it a long time before I found Bear Creek. The conversion works okay but is picky about ammo. May buy a dedicated upper one of these days just to solve that problem.
