Antique Rolling Block, Westley Richards, Colt and Winchester for sale

Thinning out my collection. Prices do NOT include shipping. Additional pictures can be provided upon request. All items described to the best of my ability, happy to answer any questions. Antique firearms should be inspected by a competent gunsmith prior to any use. Proof of age required prior to shipment. As I am relatively new to S&S, PM me for the names of other members here I have completed deals with.

    1. Remington Rolling Block in 43 Egyptian. I do not know what service it was in, I am unfamiliar with the markings, but identified Arabic on top of the action. The action is strong and crisp. The trigger and main spring screw were replaced. The original parts are included. The stock has its share of damage, as is common for this type of rifle. The middle barrel band is loose, and the rear barrel band has been secured in place by a screw. The rear sight is missing a screw. The cleaning rod is bent, but present. The rifling is sharp, and the chamber also looks clean. Overall a good example of a Rolling Block in 43 Egyptian. $550

    2. 1867 Westley Richards Monkeytail Rifle, part of a Portuguese contract, breechloading blackpowder rifle. Opens and closes firmly, very pronounced rifling, seems mechanically sound. A good example of the monkeytail rifle. $1150

    3. Colt Model 1862 Police with fluted cylinder in 36 caliber. Early four-digit serial number on frame and barrel, made in 1862. Grip frame from an early model 1849. The grip frame and trigger guard show a good deal of original silver plating. All markings clear. The action is excellent and crisp with full lock-up on all five cylinders. The barrel has defined and shiny rifling. $1150

    4. Winchester 1886 barreled action chambered for 40-65. Condition is rough, but action is salvageable. Full-length tube, bore is rough, a good candidate for relining. Caliber, and make still visible on barrel. SPF
