who made the 41caliber cast bullets ?

The bullets do not have a label on them. The box may have had a label at some point but it has come off the original box. From context clues, they are clearly commercial cast and appear to be of consistent quality.
One of them measured 15 BHN on an LBT hardness tester.
As a bonus I found a handful of 41 mag fired brass that I'll toss in with the bullets.
