I’ll bet the local Feral community will welcome it with snapping jowels

Pot Belly Pig. Looks like someones pet was evicted from the family or got away.

Yeah....stuff him with oven roasters, wrap him in chicken-wire and throw him on the grill for 10 hours....I love a good pig roast.

Cute and delicious. Course... it is a mite far for a barbeque trip.

Hunting buddy shot a feral pot belly, said it had a perfume like smell when dressed and a perfume taste when cooked. No idea why that would be, except something it probably ate.

I did just that for a church pig roast about 15 years ago...it was delicious.

My church family loved it......we had a homemade bar-b-q contest to go along with it.

That potbelly pig sure looks delicious to me! I bet somebody’s been feeding it pretty good so he’ll taste better than those wild ones! I bet you the feral pigs will make that one their biatch!

I hope it doesn’t drop the soap.

I once knew an exotic animal breeder that sold pot belly pigs and he always recommended castrating the males when purchased. Once they matured and were not cute little piglets people would ask to return them and we had many roasted pot belly pigs as they were not useful to a breeder any more. I think they are native to Vietnam and very tasty.

Killed many in 'Nam, never ate one. One of my buddies nailed one with a 2.75" FFAR. Piggy was on the run, but his rocket impacted directly under the pig's belly. Weren't anything left for the mess kit.

You should’ve took him home and gave him a name. I would assume if it’s tame it would have probably walked up to you wagging his tail like a dog?

Potbellied Pig....They do get out and like to explore....somebody's looking for him/her

we had a male pot bellied pig ,just like having a 13 year old boy only one thing on his mind and he did not care what he was riding, this go around we decided on a Kouni-Kouni pig and a female . She's a much better pet just have to watch the food , she's never satisfied .

I've resisted posting in this thread for days now, but can no longer resist. I can make a joke about this, being a retired law enforcement officer. The pig in question, being black and white, is obviously a police pig. (Don't shoot it!)

Rights, and Privileges, are not synonymous. We have the Right to Bear Arms. As soon as the Government mandates firearm registration, and permiting, then that Right becomes a Privilege, and may be taken away at our Master's discretion.
