I opened a tight Lyman die by honing the inside with #400 then #600 grit emory paper.
I have slotted mandrels for jewelry work, but you can do the same thing by slotting a nail and installing in a drill, Dremel or Flex Shaft machine.

Cut the Paper into strips, wrap on the mandrel to fit the diameter of the hole somewhat tightly and remove a little metal. Wet the paper with oil. Finish with finer paper and either crocus compound, Flitz, SimiChrome, or other metal polish.

Either measure with a good inside caliper or push a boolit through and measure it.
I did it the latter way. Go slow and measure. You can't put metal back on.

    Hope this helps.

Sell it here on the forum and have Lathesmith make you a .359" one like he did for me! Buckshot also does fine work making sizing dies.
